We are Soldiers of the Environment — a passionate team of Ghanaians working to preserve our natural heritage, promote sustainable agriculture, and empower communities through health education.
Founded in 2005, Soldiers of the Environment (SOTE) is a dedicated non-governmental organization based in Ghana. Our mission is to protect and restore our natural environment while empowering local communities with sustainable practices.
We believe that environmental conservation goes hand-in-hand with community development. Through education, reforestation, and health initiatives, we're building a greener, healthier future for all Ghanaians.
We work across three interconnected thematic areas to create lasting positive change in Ghana's communities and ecosystems.
Protecting Ghana's forests, waterways, and biodiversity through reforestation, conservation education, and sustainable land management practices.
